Approximately 900 copies of unbound sheets from the 1937 printing were passed to Samuel Weiser by Karl Germer where they were trimmed from their original size, bound and distributed.

Although this issue does not have the pocket at the rear of the volume that held a folder containing single-sided manuscript copies of the Book of the Law, some copies of this issue were sold with the manuscript copies in the original folder placed in a specially printed buff-colored envelope.

Some copies had a cancel imprint label pasted on the title page that read "Occult Research Press, 117 Fourth Avenue, New York, New York" which, at the time, was the name of Samuel Weiser’s publishing business.
