Copies on machine-made paper were priced at 5 shillings. Copies were later selling for 7 shillings six-pence in the S.P.R.T. “Excerpt A—From the Catalogue” and later for 21 shillings in 1907.

State (a):

6 copies printed on Japanese vellum and bound in blue buckram with a leather lettering piece.

State (b):

500 copies printed on machine-made laid paper and bound in quarter white linen with royal-blue boards.
