THE KINCHINJUNGA EXPEDITION.

Messrs. Guillarmond [Jules Jacot Guillarmod], Raymond [Charles-Adolphe Reymond], and De Righe [Alcesti de Righi] have arrived in Darjeeling from Kinchenjunga. They found the dead bodies on the 3rd instant. Pache's [Alexis Pache] body was discovered in a standing position, in ten feet of snow; it was brought below the snow line and buried with a cairn to mark the spot. The party had supplies for three months but, by pushing on too rapidly, they caused discontent and needless hardships. It is stated that the quarrel between the Europeans may lead to litigation.
