Re: F.E.R. [Fortiter Et Recte—Annie Horniman]. I have most unwillingly been compelled to take the step of removing her from the roll of the Order; for I will not permit longer her continued insubordination to me. She was willing enough, as most of them are, to take all the knowledge I can teach her; at the same time she does everything in her power to counteract my authority in the Order.
