Dear Sir,
You have read and admired the simplicity and clarity of Book 4, Parts I and II, and realize how useful this Book is for those beginning the study of these subjects, which have so often been obscured by pretended "Teachers" who have either nothing to teach, or who have failed to make them clear, wither from mental confusion and complexity, or from incapacity to express themselves in language.
Part III [Magick in Theory and Practice] is now ready for press and is being eagerly asked for by many people. Part III gives practical instructions in Magick and forms the complement of the theoretical treatise Part II. Part III will contain as much as, or more than, Part II, and forms a treatise of the profoundest truth, use and interest.
Unfortunately we have no funds available for the printing. A sum of £80 is required in order that this may be put in hand. We shall be very grateful for any contribution to this fund. If desired, the subscriber will receive a number of copies to cover the amount of his or her subscription. In the event of the subscriptions exceeding £80, the money will form a fund for the printing of Part IV of Book 4, which also is near completion.
Yours faithfully,
Soror Agatha [Leila Waddell]
