Care Frater,

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

I enclose a new tract; please copy and send on to Windram [James Windram] (Sir Jas. T. "Baywards" Observatory, Johannesburg) saying that it can be sent around to lodge members and others, and that the O.T.O. is having a lot printed and will distribute in due course.

I have two other pamphlets for the same purpose; you will get them in a week or so.

Love is the Law, Love under Will.

Fraternally,

Θ
