Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Betty Sheridan-Bickers

[Undated: circa 1919?]

My dearest Betty.

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

Thanks so much for your letter. I'm awfully glad to hear of you again and above all that you are likely to be having a little more freedom. I wish you would take up definitely the work of the Equinox. You could do a great deal in Los [Angeles] to prepare the way for me to come down there one day. I am writing to Jones [Charles Stansfeld Jones] to communicate with you on the subject. Please let me know what your plans are. You can write to me quite freely about whatever it is that your letter hints. I shall expect to hear from you very soon.

Love is the law, love under will.
