My plan is to go to Palermo tomorrow afternoon with Isabelle [Isabella Shumway] to get the stuff [Heroin or Cocaine], leaving the house and children to Sabatini [Arturo Sabatini]. That boy has been a God-send to me. He is helpful, discreet and trustworthy.
