Sorry to hear your news. It is part of the magical attack on us. But that is I think passing over.
I always found the forest or the desert more soothing than the sea, which tends to irritate me. You would be most welcome as a guest at Fontainebleau. The lonely rambles in the forest where everything is interesting without being exciting are marvellous for the nerves.
I'm going down myself just as soon as I can.
Meanwhile things are moving.
Part 3 [Magick in Theory and Practice]. Please don't try to edit. Let me do that in proof. Books read so differently from the typescript. Glad of any suggestions of course.
I'd like to have your ideas on (a) title (b) financial and distribution plans. I think a limited edition, high-priced, to be subscribed by selected booksellers might be the best idea.
