A report to His Most Sacred Majesty Baphomet, Supreme and Holy King of Ireland Iona and all the Britains, as to the starting of the Ordo Templi Orientis in America in the city of Los Angeles.
Most Holy, Most Illuminated and Most Worshipful Father: Fraternal Greetings and Loyalty.

We are happy to report that on September 21, 1935 e.v., 7 candidates were received into the Minerval degree.
Our Secretary General pro tem, Sister Jane Wolfe, attended to the business of collecting the signed pledge-forms and fees.
We ourselves gave the enclosed address to the candidates before driving out to the desert with Brothers Schneider [Max Schneider], and Jacobi [Oliver Jacobi] and Sister Kahl [Regina Kahl] with the Paraphernalia, the candidates following one half hour later, 7 p.m. under the direction of Sister Jane Wolfe.
After a successful ceremony in all respects, we returned to our Profess House for the Banquet at 10.10 p.m. This was entirely successful in all respects, being a joyous occasion.
All expressed their appreciation of the impressive ceremony and banquet.
