We [eleven-fold cross] Baphomet X° Rex Summus Sanctissimus 33° 90° 97° by the Authority of the O.H.O. [Outer Head of the Order] Do hereby grant license to Pearl Evelyn Brooksmith and another to issue an edition of not more than 2,000 copies of Liber AL in the form approved by Us for their own interest on terms to be agreed between them.
The Copyright, blocks and plates will become the property of the O.T.O.
