Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Louis Umfreville Wilkinson

Many thanks for chit and cheque. News. Eyes. Good because curable. Bad because must cut smoking altogether and for ever. O.T.O. if in Copenhagen, call on GRUNDALL SJALLUNG (Magister) . . . our Grand Master there. Tell him of our great revival, and ask him to get in touch with me. He may have died, or moved; if so, your personal call might get news which a letter would not. Excuse brief scrawl; I'm all nerves without my pipe.

Yours

Aleister
