AEON OF TRUTH AND JUSTICE

24 April 1948

Care Frater Saturnus,

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law!

Further to my letter of yesterday. It may be worth while to compare Liber Legis III.72 with III.34 and note certain connections and possible implications. We might also include III verses 48 and 50.

III.72. R.[a] H.[oor] K.[huit] says: "I am the Lord of the Double Wand of Power; the wand of the Force of Coph Nia—"). Please note the capitalization of certain words; also that he says "the Lord of" etc.

III.34 says: " . . . fall of the Great Equinox; when Hrumachis shall arise and the double wanded one assume my throne and place". (There are no capitals here.) . . . also: " . . . and blessing no longer be poured To the Hawk-headed mystical Lord!". Observe the strange capitalization of To. This does not exclude, but possibly indicates, that thereafter Blessing may be poured BY the Hawk-headed mystical Lord—instead of curses. There is no indication that ill will result from the fall of the Great Equinox.

Now see III.48. R.H.K. says: " . . .I want to go on to the holier place." (To be released from the secret fourfold word in which he had been placed, which was a blasphemy, etc. v. 49)

And so, III.50 he proceeds to Curse . . . those who put him in that condition of restriction from "holier place". The proper conditions having been fulfilled by end of Chapter, it seems probable that the Blessings take place of Curses, and new aeon of Truth and Justice begins. This, I think, swings round full cycle to the Manifestation of Nuit—in whose incense there is no blood.

That's the way things seem to have worked out so far.

Yours in Unity and Love,

Achad.

P.S.: III.47 clearly states that in "chance shape of the letters" are "mysteries no Beast shall divine, etc.", and ends: "Let him not seek after this; for thereby alone can he fall from it." But he did seek after it . . . and provision was made for the result in that respect. We must be prepared to face these facts clearly if we want to get things cleaned up and A.C.'s rightful place established.
