Dear Mr. Wilkinson,
Thank you for your letter of the 12th instant returning the Probate papers with Original Will all duly completed by you and by Lady Harris [Frieda Harris]. I note your comments concerning clause 2 of the Affidavit but as you say the Oath is made to the best of your knowledge and belief and in those circumstances there can be no criticism of you and Lady Harris by any party even if the point in question were material. It is true as you say that such Estate as there is available for the creditors who choose to make a claim.
We will deal with the Post War Credits when Probate is available and will arrange for the letter to be sent to the Solicitors concerned in connection with the two cheques to which you refer.
Thank you for the information as to your date of birth.
Yours sincerely,
Encls.
Dr. L. Wilkinson, 17, St. Leonards Terrace, London, S.W.3.
