By virtue of the obligation laid upon me as a member of the 9th degree, Ordo Templi Orientis, to advance the Work in all phases as best I may, I hereby issue this Call for a Conference of all Thelemites who are interested in meeting to establish an action program.
Love is the law, love under will.

I. Members participating: Reea Leffingwell (attending evening of Feb 14) Grady L. McMurtry, Executive Secretary
II. Agenda: Thelemic Conference for an Action Program.
III. Agreed:
1. there must be an organization
2. name agreed upon for the organization: Thelema, Inc.
3. Purpose of the organization is to acquire property for the accomplishment of the School and Temple
4. types of action for immediate purposes will be by committee
5. initial members of this corporation will include: Grady L. McMurtry Aleister Ataturk (Randal A. MacAlpine) Jean Sihvonen
6. Jean Sihvonen will constitute a committee of one, Legal Section, to consult a lawyer concerning the expense and technicalities of incorporation
7. Aleister Ataturk will constitute a committee of one to initiate architectural planning for the School and Temple
8. Grady McMurtry will constitute a committee of one initiating a study of organization and planning
9. The initial membership of three will constitute a Finance Committee to study ways and means of financing the corporation.
