Care Fr Beatus:

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

Let me thank you for your kind letter of 25-III-66. It was good to hear from you. I am glad you liked the book I sent you; it is, as you no doubt noted, a faithful reprint of the Paris edition of A.C.'s Magick [Magick in Theory and Practice].

Now I want to thank you for the three very fine photos you sent me out of the many which were taken on that memorable Sunday at Stein. I remember it well! I traveled far to (as you say) be your guest on that ocassion [sic].

During my Zurich-Stein stay, I did my best to hold fast, to the only magical weapon I have ever employed among kindred spirits—that of honesty and sincerity—the very same principals which I have made manifest during my 33 years on the Path.

Yes, the pictures you sent me are fine and muchly appreciated; but I wish you had been a bit more liberal and had sent me more, including one of you and Sister Barbara in your priestly vestments. You do well as a Priest. My compliments and respect to her also.

Tell me: Is there any one particular book by A.C. which you should like to have?

Please accept my kindest fraternal regards and best wishes for you and Sr. Barbara.

Love is the law, love under will.

Fra Theophilos
