5.7 p.m. Weather fairly cold but fairly dry. Gas stove [burning].

Object: as XXXI. The Operation was excellent and well controlled, the mind now being vigilant and automatically changing the nature of its concentration at the first moving of the ΛΟΓΟΣ. The Elixir was indeed sweeter than honey and stronger than a lion; it was plentiful and admirably formed in all respects.
