Operation: (1): per os [by the mouth]. Prolonged, admirable and artistic. (2): per vas nefandum [by the anus]. Spontaneous and fine but short. Elixir very admirable in all ways.
This Operation is part of a larger one of the IHV [the Mystical Trigrammaton], with two other incidents.
