Die Mars
Yesterday rather slack; virtue gone out of me somehow, I feel dissatisfied with everything I have done.
Made two sketches of Eddy [Eddy Saayman] & one of O.P.V. [Norman Mudd] besides improving my 3/4 face of him. All very good in their way. I have certainly come on.
I have been feeling wonderfully happy & keen to work for the last week or so: it is due to the joy of knowing that Alostrael [Leah Hirsig] is coming out—tomorrow! Aha!
