Back from dinner early & exhausted. But a terrible night. New nightmare of Pearl's [Pearl Brooksmith].
Yorke [Gerald Yorke] lunch Pearl.
Pat [Patricia Doherty] to lunch.
Rushed off to country later.
Deacon [Vyvyan Deacon] dropped in & spent evening.
