Richardson up to 29 Nottingham Place. He wrote guaranteeing rent of 66 for 6 months: backing Pearl's [Pearl Brooksmith] £100 loan for Grove [Edward Grove] etc. He is to have the spare room at 66 & contribute his share of the expenses. I am to educate him in managing the Work
