Inscribed Eve [Brachenburg]'s copy Eqx. Gods [Equinox of the Gods] with Bracewells' infamy—Marks wouldn't buy.

     

Saw Yorke [Gerald Yorke]—as callous as Grove [Edward Grove] at heart; but he has more manners. P.S. Nov. 16 His manners are no more.
