Lunch with Pat [Patricia MacAlpine] at Shanghai [restaurant].
Sent :Magick" [Magick in Theory and Practice] to Bishop [Frederick] James. Wrote re. Freewill etc.
Talk with Michaud [Jean Michaud].
Good game against Barnes.
Very tired & nervous later.
Found gas turned on, not lighted, on returning at 12.
Frieda Harris just didn't know anything about it. Too bad.
