Leah Hirsig Diary Entry Sunday, 23 March 1924
6.10 P.M. A delightful trip to Cefalů with Ninette [Ninette Shumway] and kiddies this A.M.—Just plain shopping but Ninette is such a nice little pal!
Typed some to-day and spent much time in the sunshine.
Last night I thought a great deal
(a) About V.L.'s [Adam Murray] Work and decided again and again that he needs a lot of concentration.
(b) The remark of Beast's re The Comment in which he suggests a mere pamphlet such as The Message of the Master Therion "To dine and drink ? at ? their"—they should be circulated as pamphlets in public places as restaurants etc. As far as not living up to the "style" stc. of a letter—that point is covered by the reproduction of "this ink and paper forever"—The original writing—a facsimile of the Ms. must go with it, always.
I feel that V.L. is coming on—he is relaxing greatly. A little more and he should be able to locate that fear which he says he has but cannot tell what it is.
Arturo [Arturo Sabatini] needs a shaking up.
