Wakened several times by
Hansi's audible dreaming. Assume I am not in deep
slumber or this would not happen. |
7:10 |
|
HARPOCRATES.
Invocation. |
7:20 - 40 |
|
ASANA, thunderbolt.
Nothing worthwhile. |
7:40 - 8:00 |
|
DHARANA, yellow square.
Could not get mind working
properly at any time. Left thigh became troublesome
after 5 mins. By 10 I was in agony. For 5 mins.
struggled to continue—last 5 tried desperately to
get square, hoping thereby to eliminate pain. Had to
lie down to rest afterward. It seemed the core, the
life of the thigh—and I was about gasping. |

Afternoon, lying down.
Came remembrance of Asana held
by me at sanitarium May, 1918, when suffering
intensely after a very prolonged holding came voice:
‘God does not inflict pain.’ |
10:40 - 11:00 |
|
ASANA.
Fussed around trying Cal. Asana
10 mins. then returned to thunderbolt: so finished. |
11:00 - 18 |
|
DHARANA, yellow sq.
Started out with a strength
that surprised me; tired before finishing and so
lost somewhat.
HARPOCRATES.
