3:15

All night I toss, unable to sleep. Finally at 2:20 I seem to be in a bed where Hansi's now stands, a hand is placed on right side of head, I lying on left side. There is tremendous pressure in my head, upwards, and a drawing up the spine. With this came a lapsing into unconsciousness. I did not know whether it was sleep, so brought myself to with great difficulty. Then deliberately keep eyes open for some time. Finding myself still unsettled, I try Hanged Man. It does not work. I sit up and for 15’ work in usual Asana. Not much accomplished.

4:00

I scribble some and am still wide awake.
