William G. Hanson was a New York typographer responsible for printing Crowley's The Equinox, Vol. III, No. 2. Although Hanson printed 1,000 copies of Equinox Vol. III, No. 2 he would not release the printed sheets for binding until his bill of $1500 was paid. The bill was never paid and the unbound sheets were later destroyed around 1928.
