Crowley intended to issue 1,000 copies of The Equinox, Volume III, Number 2, which would have included the following:

 

The continuation of "A Master of the Temple"

The Gospel According to St. Bernard Shaw

Liber Liberi vel Lapidis Lazuli

Liber XXI

 

Although Crowley had engaged William G, Hanson, a New York typesetter to print the book. However, due to a lack of funds, Crowley was unable to pay Hanson the $1500 he owed him for print services. Hanson refused to release the printed copies until he was paid and all copies were eventually destroyed around 1928.
