Everything went wrong all day.
Crazy week(?) at Ch. X [Charing Cross] Hospital [with Peggy Wetton].
L.U.W. [Louis Wilkinson] P.[ost] C.[ard] to say can't come.
I am really very ill.
I collapse & come out of it with a temper.
