- Jane Wolfe records in the Agape Lodge record that "Because of dissent from some views of the Order, particularly pertaining to Sex before going up to the Mass [Gnostic Mass], it was decided to forgo the Mass on Sunday night." Instead there was held an 'open camp' so "that the complaints could be openly discussed." At the meeting all members were reminded of their Minerval Oath to study The Book of the Law and of its tenets. Some members, not satisfied with the answers being given regarding 'sexual promiscuity' as being the norm, decided to withdraw their membership and quit the Order. [304]
